1. About Us

2. Estimates & Quotes

Estimates we provide are based on the information available at the time, including property size, surface condition, and accessibility. Final pricing may be adjusted if conditions differ materially from what was described or observed during the estimate. We will discuss any significant change with you before performing the work. Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Service appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. Because our work depends on weather conditions, we may need to reschedule for safety and quality reasons; we will give you as much notice as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate other customers. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.

4. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to perform the Services safely and effectively, you agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to the areas to be cleaned and to a working water source.
• Close windows and doors, and remove or secure vehicles, furniture, decorations, and other items in the work area.
• Inform us in advance of any fragile surfaces, prior damage, leaks, defective seals, loose siding, or special conditions on the property.
• Secure pets and keep children away from the work area while Services are performed.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the Services unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Balances not paid when due may be subject to a reasonable late fee, and you agree to reimburse any costs of collection permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction & Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a completed service, please notify us within 7 days of completion and we will work with you in good faith to address reasonable concerns related to the original scope of work. This commitment does not cover new soiling, re-growth of organic matter over time, or areas outside the agreed scope. Any manufacturer or material warranties that may apply to your surfaces are provided solely by the manufacturer, not by Eastern Elite Wash.

7. Limitation of Liability

We use professional-grade equipment and low-pressure methods designed to protect your property. However, we are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, including but not limited to deteriorated paint, rotted or loose wood, defective or aged siding, failing window or door seals, improperly installed fixtures, or pre-existing leaks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

8. Insurance

Eastern Elite Wash is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.

9. Use of the Website

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, interfere with its operation, or use it in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
